A unique seasoning to add flavour to root vegetables. This mix is perfect for parsnips, carrots, turnips, swedes, yams, potatoes, kumara, celeriac, beetroot, or radishes.
Make a marinade by adding 1 ½ teaspoons of root vegetable seasoning to maple syrup or honey, salt, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and chilli flakes.
