An aromatic and spicy seasoning which has been carefully roasted and ground for best toasted flavour. A must add for Ethiopian cuisine. It can also be used as dip or rub. Add salt and birds eye chilli according to your taste. Cook with beef dishes, Fava beans or Kitfo.
